DOSAGE:
2 tablets are to be taken each day, one in
the morning and one in the evening.
If more than average weight, i.e., 175 lbs. (80 kg), then 3 tablets,
spaced equally throughout the day, are needed.
We do not recommend that children under 6 years of age take the product
